• College Open Textbooks : College Open Textbooks no longer accepts books with an ND license, but some older items may still contain it, so check.
• OpenStax College :  All books here have a license that allows re-mix.
• Open SUNY Textbooks :  All books here have a license that allows re-mix.
• Open Textbook Library : All books here have a license that allows re-mix.

Portals are sites to find OERs from many sites, so licenses may vary.  Be sure to check.
