You can do the same in most databases too!

Need more help with citations? Stop by the Research Desk or the Writing Center in the Academic and Research Commons (library, first floor on your right). There's a librarian at the Research Desk Monday-Thursday10am-8pm, Friday 10am-5pm, and Sunday 1pm-8pm. You can also email a librarian to set up a meeting using this contact form. The Writing Center is open Monday-Thursday 12pm-9pm, Friday 12pm-4pm by appointment, Sunday 2pm-7pm. Make an appointment for Fridays by calling (509) 963-1270.

Zotero & Mendeley

Zotero is an open source program to collect, organize, and cite your research.  It can be used as a standalone software or accessed online. There are Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox plugins for easy citation downloads.

Mendeley is another open source program to collect, organize, and cite your research.  It can be used as a standalone citation software and PDF viewer or accessed online. There is a Microsoft Word plugin to help with in-text citations and creating bibliographies as well as Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox plugins for easy citation and PDF downloads.
