: William Robinson was a black American who was murdered on Salt Spring Island in the British Colony of British Columbia in 1868. Roslyn Bank Robbery Papers, 1892-1893: This collection consists of photocopied material and research notes related to the robbery of the Ben E. Snipes & Co. Bank in Roslyn, Washington, the ensuing trials and the prison escape of two suspects from the Kittitas County jail in Ellensburg, Washington.
